I am a mindfulness researcher, mindfulness coach and yoga teacher. On this website you find more information about me and my work.

Coaching

Our life is full of opportunities for personal growth and the realisation of our dreams. Yet often we struggle to separate our own visions for life from the expectations of others, to let go of ingrained habits and we fall short of walking new paths with confidence. In my coaching I use methods from personal coaching and mindfulness to support you in building your very own way of life.

Mindful nature experiences

In cooperation with the wilderness school Hoher Fläming we offer workshops in which we blend nature experiences such as forest and animal hikes with mindfulness practices. During a restorative day in forests and fields we help you reconnect to nature in a new way and regain strength to thrive in your day to day life and challenges.

Yoga

As a trained yoga teacher I deliver yoga classes for individuals and groups of all ages and experience levels. Sometimes dynamic and sometimes calm, my classes always focus on the mindful experience of movement and what it uncovers and creates inside of us.
